NDAP Negros Occidental Chapter Joins Dynamic Lions Club in Community Outreach

The Nutritionist-Dietitians’ Association of the Philippines (NDAP) Negros Occidental Chapter participated in the Dynamic Lions Club of Bacolod City’s community outreach program held at Brgy. 5, Bacolod City.

Our chapter conducted an interactive Nutrition Month education session for the children, emphasizing the importance of eating nutritious foods, following the Pinggang Pinoy, practicing proper handwashing, drinking safe water, and staying physically active. The activity also included a feeding program and the distribution of school supplies, bringing smiles and support to the young beneficiaries as they prepare for the new school year.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Dynamic Lions Club of Bacolod City for the invitation and for their unwavering commitment to serving the community. We are honored to collaborate in promoting better nutrition, health, and education for our children.

NDAP Negros Occidental Chapter, in partnership with the Sugarlandia Lions Club, Lavender Lions Club, and Katipunan Lions Club, successfully conducted a community outreach program at Brgy. Punta Taytay Gym, Bacolod City.
The activity brought smiles and hope to the community through a feeding program, fun games for children, Random Blood Sugar (RBS) screening, and the distribution of reading glasses for beneficiaries. This collaborative effort reflects our shared commitment to promoting better health, nutrition, and overall well-being while strengthening the spirit of volunteerism and service.
Together, we continue to make a meaningful difference one community at a time.

🌊 NDAP Negros Occidental Joins the City of Bacolod for Coastal Clean-Up! 🌱💙

The NDAP Negros Occidental Chapter participated in the City of Bacolod Coastal Clean-Up, Mangrove Planting, and Underwater Clean-Up Activity in celebration of the 52nd Nutrition Month 2026.

As nutrition professionals, we recognize that a healthy environment is essential to a healthy community. Protecting our oceans, preserving our mangroves, and keeping our shorelines clean are vital steps toward ensuring food security, environmental sustainability, and better public health.

Together, we strengthen our commitment to the Nutrition Month theme:
“Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!”
