Yes, mas masakit talaga ang recovery kapag may kasamang tubal ligation. Pero bago natin tingnan ito negatively, dapat din nating timbangin ang benefits nito. ❤️

Ang additional pain ay maaaring dahil sa manipulation ng fallopian tubes at surrounding tissues during the procedure.

Pero remember, may pain relievers naman! Hindi mo kailangang tiisin ang kirot. 😊

At higit sa lahat, kung sigurado ka nang complete na ang family mo, ang tubal ligation ay isang permanent at highly effective method of contraception.

Additional pain is temporary, but the benefits of permanent contraception can last a lifetime. ❤️

These past few weeks have been super tiring, so many clinic patients, deliveries, and long days. 🥹❤️

But honestly, I’m not complaining. I’m just so overwhelmed with gratitude for all the love, trust, and support I continue to receive from my community. 🥰

Every patient, every baby I get to help bring into this world, every message, every “thank you” they remind me why I love what I do. 🤍

Thank You, Lord, for all these blessings. 🙏🏻

For the strength to keep going, for the opportunity to serve, and for surrounding me with such wonderful people.

🚨 BUNTIS KA AT MAY PREVIOUS CS? PLEASE DON’T SKIP YOUR CHECK-UPS.

This MRI shows an extremely rare and life-threatening complication of pregnancy, uterine rupture, where part of the baby and amniotic sac were seen outside the uterine cavity through a defect in the uterus.
Imagine that. 😳

For moms with previous Cesarean section, especially those with multiple previous CS, the uterine scar needs to be monitored carefully throughout pregnancy.

💗 Kaya importante ang regular prenatal check-up:
• Para ma-monitor ang location at condition ng placenta
• Para ma-assess ang uterine scar and other risk factors
• Para makita agad ang warning signs or complications
• At higit sa lahat, para mapagplanuhan ang safe timing and mode of delivery
And if you have been advised to undergo a repeat CS, please don’t wait until magkaroon ng labor pains, bleeding, or emergency bago pumunta sa hospital. Your OB will determine the appropriate timing of delivery based on your individual situation.
⚠️ Previous CS ≠ automatic emergency.
But it does mean your pregnancy needs proper monitoring and an individualized delivery plan.
If you have a previous CS and are pregnant now, magpa-prenatal check-up regularly and follow the delivery plan recommended by your OB. ❤️
Because sometimes, timing can make all the difference.

Meet Mommy Michelle! ❤️ High blood, diabetic—name it, she had it all! 🤣 But with her being so masunurin and committed to her care, kinaya namin paabutin ng 37 weeks. 🙏🏻

Pregnancy at 40 can come with more risks, but with close monitoring, proper management, and a mom who follows instructions, we can work together toward a safe pregnancy and delivery. 🥰

Hi guys! 🤧 I’m still not feeling that well pa rin. Mukhang talagang tinamaan ako ng flu this time. 😅

Mag-clinic pa rin po ako today for those na kailangang-kailangan na po talaga magpatingin, especially yung may nararamdaman or yung mga nag-absent na sa work.

For my prenatal patients na okay naman, walang sakit or any complaints, baka pwede po muna natin i-reschedule. Ayoko rin po kayong mahawa sa akin. 🥹❤️

10–12 NN lang po ako today.
