On the Road to Teen Wellness: Real Talk, Great Choices

The Philippine Pediatric Society – Northern Central Mindanao Chapter (PPS NCM) successfully brought the PPS NCM Caravan for Teen Health to Tudela National Comprehensive High School, reaching hundreds of young minds through meaningful conversations on adolescent health.

Our teens actively participated and listened to important discussions on:

🚭 To***co Smoking Prevention & Smoking Cessation
💉 Immunization in Adolescents
❤️ HIV Awareness

A heartfelt thank you to the Tudela National Comprehensive High School students, teachers, and administration for warmly welcoming us, and to all our dedicated PPS NCM physicians, speakers, RHU personnel, residents, facilitators, and partners who made this activity possible.

HAKAB ’TA 2026: One Latch. One Love. One Nation.

The Department of Pediatrics of Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center proudly joined HAKAB ’TA 2026 as we came together to promote breastfeeding and strengthen the support system surrounding every breastfeeding family.🌸

From learning sessions and fun activities to our One-Minute Simultaneous Breastfeeding, every moment reminded us that breastfeeding is not a journey a mother has to take alone. ❤️
