An ECG records the heart's electrical activity. You'll be guided through positioning, and electrodes will be placed on specific areas of your body.

The healthcare team will provide instructions during the procedure.

And yes: if you're nervous or confused, okay lang magtanong.

Knowing what to expect can make an unfamiliar procedure feel a little more manageable.
