My journey in the pharmacy industry began as a Pharmacy Assistant where I served for 7 years. During those years, I learned the complete operations of a pharmacy—from purchasing, inventory management, recording, advertising, hanggang sa tamang pag-aalaga sa customer.
With the knowledge and experience I gained, I took the leap and built my own pharmacy when the opportunity and capital came. In June 2017, I established my first BOTIKA, CarlMed Pharmacy
(“Carl” from my name and “Med” for Medicine), located in Catacte, Bustos, Bulacan.
The early years were challenging—trial and error, mabagal na benta, at tuloy-tuloy na adjustments.
Through consistent advertising, quality medicines, and excellent customer service, the business steadily grew. After two years, the first branch successfully achieved its Return on Investment (ROI).
In March 2020, we opened our second pharmacy, St. Padre Pio’s HealthCare Pharmacy, located in Cacarong Bata, Pandi, Bulacan. This expansion coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown, which unexpectedly led to a significant increase in demand and sales for both branches.
The name St. Padre Pio’s HealthCare Pharmacy reflects our mission and values. St. Padre Pio, known as the Saint of Healing, symbolizes faith, compassion, and hope for those in need of healing. HealthCare represents our commitment to promoting better health and genuinely caring for every customer we serve. Pharmacy embodies our role as a trusted provider of medicines and wellness solutions for the community.
From one small pharmacy to multiple branches across Bulacan, our growth is built on experience, perseverance, faith, consistency, and a commitment to provide affordable, quality, and reliable medicines with genuine care for every customer.
