• Latest Chest X-ray & Hepatitis Profile (within 6 months): Anti-HBs, HBsAg, Anti-HCV
• Referral Letter from Nephrologist (if available)
• Medical Abstract (if available)

• Valid ID / PhilHealth ID
• PDD (we can assist if none)
• Certificate of PhilHealth Consumption (from previous dialysis center)

Together, we made National Kidney Month a meaningful celebration! 💚

Our heartfelt thanks to the entire NephroActive team who worked hand in hand to make this activity a success. Through health education, free health screening, and awareness campaigns, we were able to reach more families and promote the importance of kidney health.

Most importantly, this day was dedicated to honoring and celebrating our beloved Kidney Warriors-our patients whose strength, courage, and resilience inspire us every day.

As one team, we continue our mission of spreading awareness, promoting prevention, and providing compassionate care to our community.

As part of our National Kidney Month Celebration, our Head Nurse, Mr. Wi******er Resurreccion, shared valuable insights on the “8 Golden Rules for Healthy Kidneys” to help prevent kidney disease and promote lifelong kidney health.

Remember the 8 Golden Rules:
✅ Stay physically active
✅ Eat a healthy and balanced diet
✅ Keep blood sugar levels under control
✅ Monitor your blood pressure
✅ Stay well hydrated
✅ Avoid smoking
✅ Avoid unnecessary use of over-the-counter medications
✅ Have your kidney function checked regularly, especially if you have risk factors
