Each year, L'Oréal Paris launches a nationwide search for ten extraordinary non-profit leaders to be named Women of Worth honorees. Each honoree receives $25,000 to support their charitable cause, mentorship from the L'Oréal Paris network and a national platform to tell their stories.

As L'Oréal Paris continues to elevate and honor the impact of female non-profit leaders through the Women of Worth program, the reality of the lack of funding for nonprofits is one of the great hurdles organizations face.

For the first time this year, L'Oréal Paris has partnered with GlobalGiving to create the L'Oréal Paris Women of Worth Fund, which encourages donations benefitting all 10 of this year’s honorees. Visit www.womenofworth.com this Giving Tuesday to donate.

Last week, we celebrated the 18th annual L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth in Los Angeles, honoring ten female non-profit leaders whose organizations are addressing pressing issues in their communities.

Global ambassadors Eva Longoria, Aja Naomi King, Camila Cabello, Andie MacDowell and Helen Mirren attended the star-studded event to honor ten amazing leaders through the Women of Worth program, which provides funding, mentorship and a national platform to each honoree.
