We offer FREE Gender-Affirming Hormone Therapy Consultations, FREE Laser Hair Removal, and Affordable Hormone Level Testing! 🏳️‍⚧️ opened the Philippines' first community-led transgender health facility in December 2016. Formerly named as Victoria Health and Wellness Center, Victoria by LoveYourself was founded in response to the transgender community's need for comprehensive trans healthcare serv

ices such as medically supervised gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT). It follows a one-stop-shop model that offers integrated gender-affirmative care. Their services include medically supervised GAHT, Transition counseling, SOGIESC Orientation, Hormone administration, and Pre- Gender Affirming Surgery (GAS) assessment and consultation. Gender-affirming hormone therapy consultations with our doctors are free for transgender people who are looking into starting their transition. As part of providing holistic services for the community, Victoria by LoveYourself also offers sexual health services responsive to the needs of the transgender community. These services include gender-sensitive HIV screening and counseling, HIV treatment care and support, Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) consultation and treatment, PrEP & PEP. Similarly, to expand the reach for the transgender population, Lily by LoveYourself, jointly operated with DIOSSA, was established to provide gender-affirming services to the transgender community in the south. Currently, they offer gender-sensitive HIV screening and counseling, HIV treatment care and support. Soon, GAHT related services will be offered in lily by LoveYourself as well. Today, on Non-Binary People's Day, we honor the beauty, diversity, and resilience of non-binary people who continue to challenge the idea that gender must fit into only two boxes.

There is no one way to be non-binary. Some pursue gender-affirming hormone therapy or surgery, while others don't. Some present femininely, masculinely, androgynously, or somewhere in between. Every journey is different, and every journey is equally valid.

This Non-Binary People's Day, let's move beyond awareness and into action because everyone deserves the freedom to exist—not despite who they are, but because of it.

Transcend recently conducted a Pride Seminar for the employees of the MWSS Regulatory Office, fostering meaningful conversations on health, diversity, and respect in the workplace.

Transcend Angel Mark Daryll led the discussion on HIV 101, equipping participants with essential knowledge on HIV intervention measures. Meanwhile, Transcend Angel Zoe Black facilitated a session on Gender Sensitivity, encouraging participants to better understand gender diversity, practice inclusive language, and create safer, more affirming spaces for everyone.

Transcend was honored to take part in the Rainbow Alliance Pride Kick-off at MSD Philippines, where we joined a panel discussion on transgender lived experiences and the transformative impact of accessible gender-affirming care.

The conversation highlighted the realities, challenges, and triumphs of transgender Filipinos, while underscoring the importance of affirming healthcare in enabling trans people to live healthier, safer, and more authentic lives. We also shared how Transcend continues to bridge gaps in access to gender-affirming care by providing community-led, compassionate, and evidence-based services that empower transgender individuals to thrive.
