Are you interested in being an endocrinologist?

The Medical City Section of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism is glad to announce that we will be re-opening our applications for our Endocrinology Training Program. Interested applicants who are still to take the PSBIM may send their preliminary requirements.

Batch 2 applications are open from today until March 3, 2026. Qualifying examinations will be administered on March 4, 2026. Interview is scheduled on March 5, 2026.

For this year’s GAW, our section prepared activities for both patients and trainess because GAW is not just for the lay but for everyone.

Grateful hearts and joyful moments filled our TMC Diabetes Support Group Christmas Party held yesterday, December 18, 2025. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our Diabetes support group members for their continued support throughout the years—your commitment, friendship, and shared purpose are what makes this group truly special. Most founding members still join us after a decade of partnership and care— healthy, active, and enjoying their senior years.

From enjoying a warm lunch together, to fun games, and even surprise performances from our members, the celebration was a beautiful reminder that this support group is more than a program—it’s a community.

The Medical City Ortigas Endocrine, Diabetes, and Thyroid Center (EDTC) represented by its Section Chief, Dr. Maria Patricia Puno-Ramos, Sir Thomas Melithon Cutaran (EDTC Manager), Ma’am Karen de Ocampo (Head Nurse), and Nurse Ayesha Mohammad Salih (Staff Nurse), received the citation conferred by the Philippine Center for Diabetes Education Foundation, Inc., recognizing the EDTC as a Clinic of Competence. Calling all future endocrinologists — your journey starts here!

The Medical City’s Section of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism is now accepting applications for its Endocrinology Fellowship Program (2026–2028).

As a Joint Commission International (JCI)-accredited institution, The Medical City is committed to shaping future leaders in endocrinology through a program that upholds the highest standards of patient care, safety, and professional excellence. This 2-year fellowship offers a comprehensive learning experience designed to hone advanced clinical and research skills in managing a wide spectrum of endocrine disorders.

Important Dates:
- Deadline of Application: January 30, 2026
- Fellows Endocrinology Admission Test (FEAT): February 13, 2026
- Interview of Applicants: February 19, 2026
- Pre-Fellowship Period: March 4–17, 2026
