At Hyphens, we believe a great workplace is built on meaningful conversations. Earlier last week, our Hyphens Philippines team came together for a "Conversation That Matters" workshop led by our HR team, where they explored practical ways to give and receive feedback using the SBI (Situation-Behavior-Impact) model. 💬
A key message was that feedback isn't about pointing out mistakes —it's about helping each other grow. Clear, respectful and actionable feedback, shared and received with openness, strengthens trust, collaboration and performance. We're also encouraging a shift from being "nice" to being "kind". Kindness means having the courage to share honest, constructive feedback because we genuinely want one another to succeed.
A huge thank you to everyone at Hyphens Philippines for your openness and enthusiasm. It's conversations like these that build trust and help us grow together. Special shout-out to our colleagues from Singapore and the Philippines who came together to lead and participate in this workshop Lay Tay, Cheng Qiu Lin, Chengmin Fan (Eddie Fan), Razelyne Alvarez, Kat B., Josiephine Sac-Mantoya, Vergilio Coleta, Brummel Reyes, Edgardo Canseco, Realyn Del Rosario, Ayana Bien, CPA, Rowena Gutierrez, Christopher Ignacio
