On February 22, 360 Fit Teams co-hosted the Vanguard Run with Radix HR Philippines () — bringing together a community of C-level leaders who believe wellbeing deserves a seat at the leadership table.

More than a 3KM run paced by Matt and Ada, the morning served as an active wellbeing forum where executives connected, moved together, and exchanged perspectives on building healthier, more sustainable workplaces.

When leaders champion wellbeing in their own routines, it becomes easier to build it into organisational culture.

Grateful to the leaders who joined us and continue to push this conversation forward.

We’re proud to have been one of the co-presenters at the Recruitment Summit Manila 2025, held last October 9–10 at Podium Hall, Ortigas Center, in partnership with the International HR Institute.

The summit brought together HR leaders, recruiters, and people-first advocates to discuss how organizations can future-proof their teams through stronger talent strategies, culture, and employee wellbeing. 🌿

At 360 Fit Teams, we believe that a company’s strongest employer brand is built on genuine care for its people—because future-ready organizations start with healthy, engaged, and empowered employees. 💪

In 2026, the conversation around wellbeing is shifting.

It’s no longer just about adding more programs.
It’s about how organisations intentionally support energy, focus, and recovery inside the workday itself.

Many teams are still layering activities on top of already stretched schedules. The more sustainable approach is to design the foundations — movement, nutrition, and mental regulation — directly into daily operations.

When energy is supported systematically, performance becomes more stable and sustainable.

As you review your 2026 plans, one question may be worth asking:
Is energy in your organisation being added on… or designed in?

Fatigue at work is often treated like a motivation issue.

In reality, many teams are dealing with something more structural: inconsistent energy inputs across the workday.

When hydration is low, meals are irregular, and recovery is limited, energy dips become predictable — and performance variability follows.

Forward-thinking organisations are shifting from reactive wellness to preventive energy design.

Simple, structured supports around hydration, nutrition, and mental resets can stabilise energy more effectively than one-off initiatives.

If you’re reviewing your current setup, a useful reflection point is this:
Where in the workday do your teams consistently lose energy?

Start small. Build consistently.

Many high-output teams are managing a risk that rarely gets discussed: physical strain that builds quietly over time.

A UP study found that 96% of call center employees report musculoskeletal pain. That’s not just a comfort issue — it has real implications for energy, focus, and consistency at work.

When the exposure is daily, the response has to live inside the workday.

Practical shifts like micro-movement and ergonomic awareness can significantly reduce cumulative strain.

If you’re reflecting on your own environment, here’s a useful starting question:
How long are your teams sitting without interruption?

Curious to hear — are you already building movement into the workday?

Work stress affects wellbeing significantly across Southeast Asia, and many Filipino professionals face elevated work-related mental health challenges. A survey found 87 % of Filipino workers report work-related mental health issues, including stress, anxiety, and emotional fatigue.

Insight: Protecting energy means thinking about movement, nutrition, and mental resets.

Try this today:
🍎 Nutri-pause: mid-afternoon protein + hydration reset
🧠 Mind reset: 2-min deep breathing before high-focus tasks
🤸 Movement cue: brief team stretch after every 90 minutes of screen work

Small, intentional resets make wellbeing part of how we work, not what we add on.

🩵 Diabetes is becoming a growing workplace priority.

Many employees face long hours, stress, and energy dips that make blood sugar harder to manage. For HR, it’s a reminder that daily work habits play a real role in long-term health.

Let’s focus on small, practical changes that help teams stay well — and stay performing at their best.

At 360 Fit Teams, we support organisations in making well being part of the everyday rhythm of work.

More desk time often means more physical strain — back tension, neck stiffness, and sluggish energy. While local specific data on sedentary behavior is limited, workplace health research regularly links prolonged sitting with musculoskeletal discomfort and lower energy — especially in office sectors.

Insight: Frequent movement helps reset both body and mind.

Try these movement cues this week:
• 🚶‍♂️ 60-min meeting cap + 2-min stretch
• 🚶‍♀️ Walking 1:1s instead of sitting calls
• 🧍‍♂️ Stand + speak for the first 3 minutes of team check-ins
• 🚶‍♂️ Daily “movement moment” on shared calendars

Movement doesn’t need extra time — just intention.
