NCF Students Explore Healthcare Simulation at HCT
On July 25, 2026, students from Naga College Foundation, Inc. (NCF) visited the Healthcare and Technology Institute Inc. (HCT) office for an immersive tour of its healthcare simulation laboratories. The visit allowed students to explore realistic clinical environments, including the Operating Room, Delivery Room, and Intensive Care Unit, while gaining a closer look at how simulation-based learning helps healthcare students develop essential knowledge, skills, and confidence for actual clinical practice.
As part of the experience, the students also had the opportunity to perform electrocardiography (ECG) and become familiar with its role in assessing and monitoring a patient’s heart activity. Through hands-on exposure and guided exploration of HCT’s simulation facilities, the visit provided students with a meaningful learning experience beyond the classroom—allowing them to connect theoretical knowledge with practical healthcare applications and inspiring them as they prepare for their future roles as healthcare professionals.
