Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing, Business Ad, Management, Mass communication or any related Biz course
• Knowledgeable on B2B institutional sales
• Knowledgeable on Supply and Demand Principle
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, and good ability to build relationships with clients and colleague
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Can work with minimal supervision, with good sound judgment and business sense
• Added extra advantage those candidates with food safety background/knowledge
• Posses with strong and dynamic personality

We are seeking a Senior Logistic Officer to manage nightly dispatch operations and supervise production teams. This role ensures accurate allocation, reporting, and coordination of shipments while overseeing repackers and verifying quality standards.

Key Duties
Logistics
• Allocate deliveries per area and prepare dispatch summaries.
• Double-check mushroom and vegetable dispatches vs receipts.
• Prepare daily reports on drops, trucks, and motorcycle riders.
• Manage driver/helper schedules and monitor attendance.
• Record and reconcile logistics fund disbursements.
• Coordinate shipments (Cebu, Davao, Bacolod, Bukidnon, Baguio).
Production
• Monitor repackers’ performance and gather KPI data.
• Verify and approve overtime requests.
• Supervise repackers to ensure correct processes.
• Inspect mushroom and vegetable dispatches at 3:00 AM daily.
Qualifications
• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or production supervision.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with patience and resilience.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft word and excel application
• Experience in handling logistics and procurement
• Effective communication skills, both in written and verbal forms in order to establish effective relationships with a wide range of audiences, including at a geographical distance
• Ability to think and act fast
• High flexibility
• Strong sense of urgency and work ethic.
• Resourceful and focuses on the solution rather than the problem.
• Can tolerate working under ambiguous circumstances and sometimes difficult situations
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Crispy Enoki Mushroom ⬇️
Ingredients:
400g enoki mushrooms
water for soaking

Coating:
1 1/2 cup sweet potato powder (camote powder)
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
cooking spray
Air fry at 180°c for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Flip halfway through.
