How Far Infrared Rays (FIR) act as a physical signal by interacting with the water in our bodies to influence circulation.

The Molecular Dance: Resonant Absorption
The human body is roughly 70% water. Water molecules are "polar," meaning they have a slight electrical charge that makes them naturally vibrate.
