How to apply Select Lash:

First, apply a thin line at the base of your lashes. Next, carefully wiggle the applicator brush up the lashes going to the tips, similar to the application of mascara. Let it dry for a few minutes. You can use the product in the morning before putting on your makeup and before going to bed.

You can apply mascara over the serum if you want. its a good primer before using the mascara. apply a thin layer of the serum and wait for it to dry then apply mascara.
