✨ Two years ago, I had zero meditation experience and zero yoga experience. ✨
But one random decision changed everything.
I attended a 4-day meditation retreat in a rainforest in Laguna. With the wind howling and the rain falling on the roof, we gathered in one big circle, sitting on soft cushions, eyes closed, observing the breath for 6 hours a day.
Just trying to feel the air in my nostrils going in, then going out.
This simple practice changed my whole life.
735 days later, I am still meditating. I haven’t missed a single day (see my streak on Insight Timer!). Words are not enough to explain the calmness of mind and tranquility that I’ve felt and am still feeling. Words are not enough to express the freeing wisdom I’ve gained through this practice.
During the retreat, I was introduced to yoga. Yoga is essentially moving meditation — syncing the breath with each movement.
I was so hooked that last year, I flew to Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga, to learn from the original masters themselves.
So here I am now, ready to share everything I’ve learned with you.
My mission is simple: to spread yoga and meditation so the world becomes a better place. 🌿🧘♀️
