Kids love their carbonara + hazelnut cafe + cookies and cream.

To the world, and to countless patients and families, they are so much more—they are "angels without wings."

Today, my heart is filled with gratitude for every nurse who faithfully carries out my medical orders with compassion, diligence, and excellence, ensuring that every patient receives the best possible care.

I am especially thankful for the love and care you extended not only to my patients but also to my own son. As both a physician and a mother, I have witnessed your kindness, patience, and selfless dedication firsthand. Those acts of care will always hold a special place in my heart.🫶🏻

We owe so much to all of you, and we salute your sacrifices, your resilience, and your unwavering commitment to the noble calling of nursing.

I woke up this morning feeling inspired after a dear friend sent me these two photos of a place that will always hold a special place in my heart—Aster Sanad Hospital, formerly Dr. Ahmed Abanami Hospital.

This was my home for nine beautiful years, beginning in 2012. It was within these walls that I grew not only as a physician but also as a person. This is where my children were born, where I encountered countless patients and clinical cases, and where I gained invaluable knowledge, skills, and wisdom from my former chair, Dr's. Hasem Al Mandeel and Sameer Sendy, as well as from my colleagues and mentors.

Looking back, I am filled with gratitude for every experience, every challenge, and every lesson learned. Those years helped shape the physician I am today and strengthened my commitment to serve with compassion, excellence, and dedication.

Most of all, I thank the Lord for opening this chapter of my life and for using it to mold me into a better instrument of healing for my patients in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Some places are more than just workplaces; they become part of your story, your growth, and your purpose. Today, I remember those years with a grateful heart and cherish the people who journeyed with me along the way.
