There is a powerful lesson behind every crown.✨ When she came to our clinic and asked, “Doktora, how can I win Binibining Peñaranda?” my answer was simple: all the candidates are equally beautiful, deserving, and worthy of standing on that stage. What sets a queen apart is not beauty alone—it is the unwavering belief that she is already worthy of the crown. 👸🏻👑

I told her, starting that day to "begin with an end in mind". Before the title is announce, she has to crown herself in her mind and in her heart. I had a NLP client today... As young as 15 years old she said, "Kailangan ko pong maging matatag kasi ala naman pong ibang tatatag para sa akin. I felt breaking apart since I was 4 years old. Times that I should have been enjoying my childhood but I felt like I need to grow up fast..." 😔
