📅 INKKANTO TATTOO SCHEDULING & BOOKING POLICY
To ensure fair service for all clients and respect for our artists’ time, effort, and creative work, please read and understand the following terms before booking an appointment:
✅ Booking & Down Payment
• A non-refundable down payment is required to secure your appointment slot. This amount will be deducted from the total price of your tattoo.
• The down payment covers:
◦ The time reserved exclusively for you, which cannot be offered to other clients.
◦ The time, effort, and artistic work spent by the artist in creating, customizing, and finalizing your unique design.
• The down payment CANNOT be refunded for any reason, including change of mind, personal schedule changes, or cancellation on your part. This is strictly implemented because once booked, the artist has already set aside time and finished the design specifically for you, and these cannot be reused or sold to others.
⏱ Rescheduling & Cancellation
• If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 3 days before your scheduled date. You may transfer your down payment to a new schedule only once.
• Rescheduling made less than 3 days before your appointment, or failure to show up on the scheduled date, will result in full forfeiture of your down payment. No refunds or transfers will be allowed.
• We reserve the right to decline future bookings from clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule last minute, or do not show up.
📌 Important Reminders
• All designs are custom-made and prepared exclusively for you once the booking is confirmed. Due to the personal nature of the artwork and the time invested, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances.
• By paying the down payment and booking an appointment, you automatically agree to all the terms stated above.
