May dalawang klase ng ubo. Dry cough, ito ang ubo na walang plema and productive cough, eto naman yung ubo may plema.

Ano nga ba ang dapat inumin para sa ibat-ibang klase ng ubo?

Alamin muna natin ang pag kakaiba iba ng mga gamot tulad na lamang ng antitussive, mucolytic at expectorant.

Ang tamang pagpili ng gamot sa ubo ay nakadepende sa sintomas.

๐Ÿ’ŠAntitussive โ€“ Para sa tuyong ubo (dry cough) na walang plema. Pinipigilan nito ang cough reflex para mabawasan ang pag-ubo.

๐Ÿ’ŠMucolytic โ€“ Para sa ubo na may makapal, malagkit na plema. Pinapalabnaw nito ang plema upang mas maging madali ang pag-ubo at paglabas nito.

๐Ÿ’ŠExpectorant โ€“ Tumutulong sa pagpapalabas ng plema sa pamamagitan ng pagpapadali sa pag-clear ng respiratory tract.

๐Ÿ’Š Para naman kay Lagundi capsule or syrup (anti cough/ anti asthma) pinipigilan nito ang pag ubo (due to common colds, flu, and moderate acute bronchitis) at pinapagaan niya ang pag hinga sa pamanagitan ng pag papalabnaw sa plema para madaling mailabas.

๐Ÿ“Œ Basahin ang label para sa tamang dosage at sundin ang nakasaad na instructions.

โš ๏ธ Paalala: Huwag lalampas sa recommended dose. Kung may iniinom na ibang gamot, buntis, o may existing medical condition, kumonsulta muna sa doktor. ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ๐Ÿฉบ
