DESCRIPTION:
Ascorbic Acid is the water soluble form of Vitamin C. It is a potent antioxidant and studies suggest that Ascorbic Acid helps prevent heart disease and cancer. Ascorbic Acid also has anti-scurvy properties and has the potential to protect the body's cells from sickness. Aside from its antioxidant properties, Ascorbic Acid is important in the prevention and treatment of Vitamin C deficiency and plays a role in collagen formation, which ia essential in the growth and repair of tissue cells, gums, blood vessels, bones, and teeth. The elderly, smokers, pregnant and lactating women, and individuals with infectious diseases will also benefit from the intake of Ascorbic Acid.

HBS IMMUNO-C contains 562.43mg of Sodium Ascorbate, the non-acidic salt of Ascorbic acid.

DOSAGE:
For daily maintenance, take 1-2 capsules.
Take 3-4 capsules daily if symptoms of cold arises.
Can be taken on its own or dissolved in water, fruit juices, or any beverages of your choice.

INDICATION:
For prevention and treatment of Vitamin C deficiency. Also hastens wound healing and increases body resistance from infectious diseases. For healthy gums, teeth, bones and other connective tissues.

PRECAUTION:
Ascorbic Acid should be given with care to patients with hyperoxaluria. Tolerance may be induced un patients taking high doses.
