The Barangay Health Workers Training 2026 officially commenced with the participation of one Barangay Health Worker (BHW) from each of the 44 barangays of Polangui.
The training aims to enhance the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of BHWs as vital partners in delivering quality healthcare services in the community.
This meaningful activity was sponsored by Honorable 3rd District of Albay Congressman Adrian Raymond Salceda and Honorable Municipal Mayor Jesciel Richard Salceda in support of strengthening community-based healthcare services and empowering frontline health workers.
The training was headed by Municipal Health Officer Dr. Mario Cerillo, organized and facilitated by Ms. Angelique Sarte, with the assistance of the HRH Team.
