The Barangay Silway-8 invites everyone to join our Bloodletting Program on:

📅 September 26, 2026 (Saturday)
⏰ 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Barangay Silway-8 Session Hall

🎁 FOR SUCCESSFUL BLOOD DONORS!
Those who successfully donate blood will receive:
🍚 FREE 4 KILOS OF RICE
🥪 FREE SNACKS
🍱 FREE LUNCH

🩸 WHO CAN DONATE BLOOD?
✔️ Generally 18–60 years old and in good health
✔️ At least 50 kg body weight
✔️ Must pass the required health and medical screening
✔️ Must have at least 8 hours of sleep and rest before donating
✔️ Eat a healthy meal before donation; avoid fatty foods
✔️ No alcohol intake for at least 24 hours before donating
✔️ Must not have fever, cough, colds, or other illness at the time of donation
❤️ A little of your blood can make a BIG difference.

Ngayong Setyembre 4, 2026 (Biyernes), kaugnay ng Health & Wellness Summit 2026 at LMP Day, ang lahat ng konsultasyon sa Municipal Health Office (MHO) ay pansamantalang isasagawa sa Municipal Grounds.

Ang mga pasyenteng manggagaling sa Barangay Health Stations (BHS) ay kinakailangang kumuha muna ng referral bago magtungo sa Municipal Grounds.

Huwag kalimutang dalhin ang mga sumusunod:
• Valid ID
• Birth Certificate
• MDR (Member Data Record) – PhilHealth
• PhilHealth ID o PhilHealth Number

Inaanyayahan ang lahat na makiisa at makipagtulungan para sa maayos at mabilis na pagbibigay ng serbisyong pangkalusugan.
