✅ 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛 – Pangitaa ug limpyohi ang mga lugar nga ginapugaran sa lamok.
✅ 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙-𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗧 – Magbutang repellant ug magsul-ob og angay nga bisti.
✅ 𝗦𝗘𝗘𝗞 𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗬 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 – Kung adunay hilanat sulod sa duha ka adlaw, adto dayon sa doktor. Ayaw pag-self medicate.
