For qualified dialysis patients, we are offering an AV Fistula Creation Program to help provide a reliable vascular access for long-term hemodialysis.

An arteriovenous (AV) fistula connects an artery and a vein to create a durable access for dialysis. It is commonly preferred for long-term hemodialysis when clinically appropriate.

• Designed for long-term hemodialysis access
• Helps provide reliable blood flow for dialysis
• Allows the vein time to mature before regular cannulation
• May reduce dependence on temporary dialysis catheters
