Membership Program – Terms & Conditions

Membership Validity:

* Membership is valid only for the registered member and listed beneficiaries.
* Membership is non-transferable and cannot be sold or shared outside the approved list.

Beneficiaries:

* A maximum of four (4) beneficiaries may be listed per membership.
* All beneficiaries must reside at the same address as the membership holder.
* Beneficiaries must be declared upon registration. Changes are subject to approval.

Booking & Scheduling:

* Advance booking is required and subject to therapist availability.
* Members are given priority booking, but preferred schedules are not guaranteed during peak days.

Identification & Verification:

Valid ID or membership confirmation may be required before availing services.
Metro Spa PH – Green Hands reserves the right to verify member and beneficiary details.

Payments & Refunds:

Membership fees are non-refundable and non-convertible to cash.
Unused benefits cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Service Coverage:

Membership benefits apply only to services offered by Metro Spa PH – Green Hands.
Promo services, special packages, or third-party collaborations may have separate terms.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Clients must inform the team in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of membership privileges.

Conduct & Safety:

Any inappropriate behavior toward therapists or staff will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

Program Updates:
Metro Spa PH – Green Hands reserves the right to modify membership terms, benefits, and policies with prior notice.
