74 year old na lalake na hirap umihi at lito. After makausap ni doctor at magawa ang mga labs/ultrasound, nakitaan siya na meron siyang malaking prostate at 2 bato sa pantog na siyanh dahilan ng mga sintomas.

Ang opera na ginawa sa kanya ay TURP kung saan kinayod ang daanan ng ihi para lumuwag ito at madali ng makakaihi ang pasyente. and 2 bato naman ay nilaser.

nagawa ito n walang sugat o hiwa. Lahat ay minimally invasive (endoscopic)

*makikita sa video ang luwag ng daanan ng ihi after ng TURP
