We're back from a long hiatus. Plans for expanding this initiative are in the works. We hope to reach out to more people soon to help everyone in their health and fitness journey.

In the mean time, here are some guidelines from the American College of Sports Medicine and Exercise is Medicine..

Physical Activity is important especially when recovering from illnesses , even COVID-19. We do need to ease into it based on our physical capacity and vital signs.

People who tended to be sedentary were far more likely to be hospitalized, and to die, from Covid than those who exercised regularly.
