I got this tune from a dream last year ~ I was singing with two elderly women (I was an old woman, too) in a language I couldn't recognise. Creating a circle singing to the sky, begging for the endless rain to stop.

I dreamed of the tune again a month ago ~ singing with my elderly companions again. But this time, we were surrounded by great waters.

These dreams scare and remind me. May we all learn and be reminded 🙏🌌

When tears of gratitude meet cold plunge ✨️

People usually get very talkative or meditative during
a cold plunge because of increased neurotransmitters like dopamine and norepinephrine 🤯🥳🙏

But my mentor's reaction was something rare to encounter and witness. It was an expression of gratitude ~ to his family, to his journey, and to God 🌌

It was beyond a nervous system shift because his life was already a manifestation of the Divine. This made me think:
1. How does my life mirror my heart and soul?
2. Do my actions, words, and thoughts in public the same when I'm alone?
3. What will people see when comfort, security, and privileges are taken away?
