General Objectives of the Job:

The Human Resources – Recruitment is responsible for various recruitment activities. Assists the HR Supervisor in personnel related operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performs recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, answering phone calls, text messages and emails.
2. Facilitates manpower requisition of departments.
3. Facilitates announcement of vacancies online and on other professional networks like Facebook, LinkedIn and other job portals.
4. Conducts initial screening of applicants based on job specifications.
5. Administers, checks, interprets employment examination.
6. Prepares test/examination report.
7. Conducts background investigation/character reference check on applicants and other employees (if needed).
8. Prepares and maintains individual 201 Files of employees.
9. Authenticates/ensures correctness and validity of documents submitted by employees.
10. Conducts inventory of the content of employees’ 201 Files.
11. Maintains and keeps inventory of other file holdings.
12. Facilitates issuance of appointment paper and contract of employees.
13. Assist in orientation of newly hired employees.
14. Facilitates issuances of Company ID’s.
15. Maintains active file of applicants.
16. Monitors submission of performance appraisal report of employees.
17. Tabulates performance appraisal report of employees.
18. Monitors expiration/termination of contracts of employees hired.
19. Facilitates employee clearance upon severance of employment.
20. Ensures confidentiality of sensitive information.
21. Performs other work-related duties assigned by immediate Superior.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor of Science in Psychology and any related field.

Relevant Experience: Preferably with one (1) year to two (2) years work experience as HR Recruitment.

Required Competencies:

(a) Technical Skills: Proficient in Computer application especially in Word/Excel Microsoft and PowerPoint. Manageable in facilitating and monitoring related work as HR Recruitment.

(b) Interpersonal Skills: Good Interpersonal Relations Skills, Good in Oral and Written Communication Skills.

(c) Personal Attributes: Dependable, manifests initiative relative to
duties / responsibilities, patient, trustworthy, resourceful, diligent, can relate positively with people from all levels of organization.

General Objectives of the Job:
- The Billing staff is responsible for various compensation activities. A Billing Staff performs many duties, such as invoicing, data entry, financial compliance and procedures, and fixing any client billing issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prepares monthly payroll of all Medical Staff and Office-based employees.
2. Prepares 13th month pay of all Medical Staff and Office-based employees.
3. Prepares payroll summary list and submit to the bank for debit to the corresponding account of employees.
4. Prepares SRF Service Record Form for all Medical Staff employees of the company.
5. Prepares final pay/last pay of resigned/ separated employees.
6. Maintains organized, efficient and accurate records/filing system of the following:
o Payroll for all employees
o Final Pay File
o SRF Service Record Form of employees.
7. Performs other work-related duties assigned by President/Operation Manager.
8. Performs many duties, such as invoicing, data entry, financial compliance and procedures, and fixing any client billing issues.
9. Part of their job also involves generating financial reports, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with billing policies.
10. Must engage with customers regarding payment inquiries and issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
11. Sending reminders to clients upon delays in payment. Receiving, organizing and updating incoming payments from clients.
12. Ensuring companies can cover costs and generate revenue. In its most basic form, billing involves sending an invoice to customers who must then make a payment within a specific timeframe.
13. Billing Clerk, is responsible for overseeing the billing process for customers or patients.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree in business, finance, accounting or similar field

Relevant Experience : Preferably with one (1) year to two (2) years’ work experience

Required Competencies:
a) Technical Skills : Proficient in Computer application especially in Word/Excel Microsoft and List your experience with billing software like QuickBooks, FreshBooks, or SAP to show your technical proficiency. Highlight any experience with invoice generation, accounts receivable, and payment processing to show your comprehensive billing capabilities.
b) Interpersonal Skills: Good Interpersonal Relations Skills
c) Personal Attributes: Dependable, manifests initiative relative to duties / responsibilities, trustworthy, resourceful, diligent, can relate positively with people from all levels of organization.
