👶 Mula pagsilang hanggang 6 na buwan, breastmilk lamang ang ibigay kay baby.

Huwag magbigay ng:
💧 Tubig, juice, milk formula, at breastmilk substitutes tulad ng am;
🥣 Solid food; at
💊 Bitamina o gamot na hindi nireseta ng doktor
