Where I was. Where I've been. Where I'm going.
I've gone through weightloss journey, and now onto another destination (gaining muscles).
As I've always said, fitness journey never ends. As long as you breathe, your goals will never be the end destination. It should always be the new beginnings.
To those who find it hard to start, my advice would be, start simple. By simply adding steps doing walking, by simply doing stretches, by simply watching tutorial videos on how to's. Or, take the best route - get a coach. πͺ
My ultimate and best advice would be - STAY CONSISTENT. No matter how much you stumble on your journey, as long as you keep going, results will follow. This I'm 100% sure of.
