No Tissue Tear

"soft tissue tear" refers to damage in the muscles, ligaments, or tendons.
Because soft tissue injuries encompass a few different structures.

Sprain: The stretching or tearing of a ligament (the tough tissue that connects bones to bones).

Strain:
The stretching or tearing of a muscle or tendon (the tissue connecting muscle to bone).

Rupture: A complete or severe tear of the tissue.Grades of TearsMedical professionals typically grade tears on a scale from 1 to 3 to describe the severity:Grade 1 (Mild):
