General Objectives of the Job:
The Human Resources – Recruitment is responsible for various recruitment activities. Assists the HR Supervisor in personnel related operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Performs recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, answering phone calls, text messages and emails.
2. Facilitates manpower requisition of departments.
3. Facilitates announcement of vacancies online and on other professional networks like Facebook, LinkedIn and other job portals.
4. Conducts initial screening of applicants based on job specifications.
5. Administers, checks, interprets employment examination.
6. Prepares test/examination report.
7. Conducts background investigation/character reference check on applicants and other employees (if needed).
8. Prepares and maintains individual 201 Files of employees.
9. Authenticates/ensures correctness and validity of documents submitted by employees.
10. Conducts inventory of the content of employees’ 201 Files.
11. Maintains and keeps inventory of other file holdings.
12. Facilitates issuance of appointment paper and contract of employees.
13. Assist in orientation of newly hired employees.
14. Facilitates issuances of Company ID’s.
15. Maintains active file of applicants.
16. Monitors submission of performance appraisal report of employees.
17. Tabulates performance appraisal report of employees.
18. Monitors expiration/termination of contracts of employees hired.
19. Facilitates employee clearance upon severance of employment.
20. Ensures confidentiality of sensitive information.
21. Performs other work-related duties assigned by immediate Superior.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Psychology and any related field.
Relevant Experience: Preferably with one (1) year to two (2) years work experience as HR Recruitment.
Required Competencies:
(a) Technical Skills: Proficient in Computer application especially in Word/Excel Microsoft and PowerPoint. Manageable in facilitating and monitoring related work as HR Recruitment.
(b) Interpersonal Skills: Good Interpersonal Relations Skills, Good in Oral and Written Communication Skills.
(c) Personal Attributes: Dependable, manifests initiative relative to
duties / responsibilities, patient, trustworthy, resourceful, diligent, can relate positively with people from all levels of organization. See less
