Due to the recent Memorandum Circular No. 122 of the Office of the President of the Philippines regarding the forecasted heavy rainfall that will be brought about by Tropical Storm "Maymay” and the Southwest Monsoon, there will be no Adolescent Medicine OPD clinic today (August 6, 2026).

Calling all PCMC Transition Program patients and caregivers!

Ikaw ba o ang iyong anak ay bagong enrolled sa PCMC Transition Program? Samahan ninyo kami sa Transition Lecture Series ngayong buwan!

Sa orientation na ito, pag-uusapan natin ang:
-Ano ang PCMC Transition Program
-Bakit ito mahalaga para sa mga kabataan at young adults na may pangmatagalang karamdaman (chronic illness)
-Ano ang mga hakbang at proseso ng Transition Program
-Paano makatutulong ang programa sa paghahanda para sa paglipat sa adult healthcare

Layunin ng lecture na ito na mas maintindihan ng mga pasyente at kanilang mga magulang o caregivers ang programa at mabigyan sila ng pagkakataong magtanong at makakuha ng tamang impormasyon.
