PAPRAS strongly opposes the conduct of purely cosmetic elective procedures in government-sanctioned medical missions. Such practices misallocate public resources, compromise perioperative safety, and fail to meet the humanitarian threshold of missions intended to address congenital, traumatic, or pathologic conditions. Government hospitals, funded by taxpayers, must prioritize indigent patients requiring life-saving or reconstructive care, not elective enhancements.

Ngayong Oktubre, pupunta sa Maynila ang mga medical volunteers ng Operation Smile Australia upang magbigay ng LIBRE at SPECIALIZED na operasyon at pangangalaga para sa mga batang may craniofacial conditions.

Ang Plastic Surgery clinic ay bukas tuwing Martes at Huwebes ng hapon, at ang registration ay mula 11 AM hanggang 3 PM.

- Bukol sa mukha (facial neoplasms)
