SnowBing Dessert Cafe We are the first gourmet snow dessert cafe in Utah. It tastes better if you share it. SnowBing is the healthy alternative to ice cream and frozen yogurt.

It takes the asian dessert of shaved ice and evolves it with a more sophisticated, gourmet flare. SnowBing doesn't shave ice, rather, flash freeze milk and shaves it into a fine powder topped with cream and fresh fruit.
