Stiff and achy after waking up? 🥱 Before you jump straight into your morning routine, try this 2-minute stretch right from your bed or couch to wake up your lower back!

​The Double Knee-to-Chest Stretch:

1️⃣ Lie flat on your back with your knees bent.

2️⃣ Gently pull both knees up toward your chest using your hands.

3️⃣ Hold for 15–20 seconds while taking deep breaths, then release. Repeat 3 times!

​This simple movement helps gently lubricate your spinal joints and eases that early morning tight feeling before your feet even hit the floor.
