Herstory:
Due to a lack of healthy food options where I used to work, Fruisé was inspired in my office desk in 2015. The original idea was to provide our office with fresh-cut fruits. I then found out that I couldn’t legally offer fresh-cut fruits at our pantry office. Rejected yet hopeful, and with a wine in my hand, I stared blankly outside my window. In my view were condo windows, condo window
s after condo windows. Then it hit me: it’s not only in my office that lacks healthy food options, but the whole of Eastwood! Eastwood is surrounded by fast-food chains and over-priced healthy food chains. Busy residents usually do not have time to shop and plan out their weekly means. Fruisé aims to solve all this by delivering fresh fruits and veggies to your doorstep.
