Kung may mapansing mga gawaing hindi naaayon sa EO 51—sa mga ospital, health centers, komunidad, social media platforms, o iba pang establisyemento—maaari itong iulat sa pamamagitan ng QR code o sa link na ito:

Hindi lang formula milk ang sakop ng Milk Code. 👶🏻

Ang 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨. 𝟓𝟏 o 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 ay sumasaklaw sa iba’t ibang produktong maaaring gamitin o i-promote bilang pamalit sa gatas ng ina, kabilang ang ilang pagkain, inumin, at mga gamit sa pagpapakain ng sanggol tulad ng bote at tsupon.

Ang pag-unawa sa saklaw ng batas na ito ay mahalaga upang maiwasan ang 𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐭 at 𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐨𝐩 na pagpo-promote ng mga produktong maaaring makaapekto sa 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐩𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐨 at 𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐲𝐨𝐧 ng sanggol. 🤱🏻

Mahalagang malaman ng bawat 𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠, 𝐩𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲𝐚 at 𝐤𝐨𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐝 ang mga probisyon ng batas na ito upang sama-sama nating maprotektahan ang 𝐤𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐧 at 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧 ng ating mga sanggol. 🤱🏻

💰 Sponsored advice networks or ‘helplines’
💰 Practices to influence health worker advice
💰 Secretly sponsored endorsements
💰 Freebies and marketing materials in healthcare

Parents always have the right to choose how to feed their baby, but they should have reliable information – free from corporate influence - to help them make these choices.
