Subject: HWONFEX Wellness Run Rescheduled to October 18, 2026, Sunday

Good day!
Due to the monsoon weather and rain forecasts for early September in Metro Manila, the organizing committee has rescheduled the outdoor HWONFEX Go & Get Better Wellness Run originally set for September 6. To ensure participants' safety and smooth coordination, the event will be merged with the Victory Run of Victoria Sports Club & Hotel, and will be called: "Go & Get Better Wellness Run & Victory Run 2026".
Please note the following updated event details:
• New Date: Sunday, October 18, 2026
• New Venue: Historic Intramuros, Manila
• Registration Status: Your paid slot remains 100% valid and is automatically transferred to the October 18 run. No action is required on your part.
🎒 Race Kit Pick-Up (Unchanged)
While the outdoor run will be moved to October, the indoor HWONFEX Expo at the SMX Convention Center will proceed exactly as scheduled. You must still claim your official race kits at HWONFEX Expo before the October event:
• Please bring your registration confirmation email and a valid ID to claim your kit.
Refunds & Transfers
If the new Sunday date does not suit your schedule, you may transfer your slot to another runner or request a full refund. To request a refund, please email your registration details here or at [email protected] on or before September 15, 2026. If we do not receive your request by this date, we will assume you plan to participate in the rescheduled run.
