Motivation word for this week is TRUST.

Buti na lang nagtiwala ako sa process ng wellness journey, nagtiwala ako sa community, nagtiwala ako sa mga Coaches at nagtiwala ako sa sarili ko.

Nakakatuwa lang kasi naisipan ko magkalkal ng damitan nakita ko ang tshirt na inuwi ni hubby 2 years ago. Sabi ko sa kanya noon, bakit sya bumili ng size XS na damit eh puro kami bilugan. Sinukat ko ang damit, surprisingly nagkasya sya sa akin. Para sa akin pala yung tshirt na yun hindi para kay bunso. ☺️
