📍Benchmarking activity @ Calbayog City, Samar and Catbalogan City, Samar

➡️ This activity aims to expose the ISLACo to the MSME on Tablea and Dried Fish Production and identify the best practices , processes and challenges that will help to improve our product.
📌Day 1 - visited the Inphase Eco Farm managed by Maam Lilibeth Bolito and Apoy Benits Cacao Agricultural Farming managed by Sir Osmena Tajo in Calbayog City, Samar
📌Day 2 - visited the the Fisherfolks Association in Barangay Bonga, Tarangnan Samar and the Shared Service Facility in Brgy Payao, in Catbalogan City, Samar
➡️A tour-discussion on good production, best practices and the positive outcome on the market demand of dried fish and cacao industry.
