🏥 Area of Assignment: ARMMC-NTRH BUCAS Center (AGAP), Mayon Ave., Brgy. San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal

🎯 WHAT IS GIP?
The DOLE Government Internship Program empowers young workers through public service immersion and financial support while boosting the efficiency of government program delivery.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS:

Aged 18–30 years old
At least a High School/Senior High graduate, ALS equivalent, or holder of a National Skills Certificate (NC) or Certificate of Competency (COC) issued by TESDA
No prior work experience as an employee in any government agency or instrumentality

💛 The program is also open to disadvantaged groups: Victims of Armed Conflict, Rebel Returnees, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and Indigenous Peoples — provided they meet the qualifications.

📋 REQUIREMENTS:

1. Letter of Intent addressed to VOLTAIRE S. GUADALUPE, MD, MPH, MAHPS, Director IV
2. Duly Accomplished Application Form with 2x2 Picture (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rDs5I3aX9j4gjYqcncaXMh9zjvkdvZRF/view?usp=drive_link)
3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate or any valid government-issued ID
4. Photocopy of Barangay Clearance

💰 SALARY & BENEFITS:

Stipend equivalent to the highest prevailing minimum wage in the region
Insurance coverage of not less than ₱5,000 and not more than ₱100,000 (charged to DOLE-GIP supplemental budget)
Note: No employee-employer relationship; no 13th month pay; no SSS, PhilHealth, or Pag-IBIG

⏳ DURATION OF ENGAGEMENT (Starting June 2026):
Category 1 – High School graduates, completed up to 60 college academic units, or acquired National Skills/Competency Certificates not meeting CSC eligibility: 3 to 6 months
Category 2 – College graduates, completed more than 60 academic units, or acquired National Skills/Competency Certificates meeting CSC eligibility requirements: 6 to 12 months (excluding non-working days and holidays)
