📅 Hunyo 11, 2026 (Huwebes) – Espesyal na Hindi-Araw ng Trabaho sa Lalawigan ng Rizal bilang pagdiriwang ng ika-125 Anibersaryo ng Pagkakatatag nito, ayon sa Proklamasyon Blg. 1287

📅 Hunyo 12, 2026 (Biyernes) – Araw ng Kalayaan (Independence Day), idineklara bilang Regular na Holiday ayon sa Proklamasyon Blg. 1006

🏥 Area of Assignment: ARMMC-NTRH BUCAS Center (AGAP), Mayon Ave., Brgy. San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal

🎯 WHAT IS GIP?
The DOLE Government Internship Program empowers young workers through public service immersion and financial support while boosting the efficiency of government program delivery.

✅ QUALIFICATIONS:

Aged 18–30 years old
At least a High School/Senior High graduate, ALS equivalent, or holder of a National Skills Certificate (NC) or Certificate of Competency (COC) issued by TESDA
No prior work experience as an employee in any government agency or instrumentality

💛 The program is also open to disadvantaged groups: Victims of Armed Conflict, Rebel Returnees, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and Indigenous Peoples — provided they meet the qualifications.

📋 REQUIREMENTS:

1. Letter of Intent addressed to VOLTAIRE S. GUADALUPE, MD, MPH, MAHPS, Director IV

3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate or any valid government-issued ID

💰 SALARY & BENEFITS:

Stipend equivalent to the highest prevailing minimum wage in the region
Insurance coverage of not less than ₱5,000 and not more than ₱100,000 (charged to DOLE-GIP supplemental budget)
Note: No employee-employer relationship; no 13th month pay; no SSS, PhilHealth, or Pag-IBIG

⏳ DURATION OF ENGAGEMENT (Starting June 2026):
Category 1 – High School graduates, completed up to 60 college academic units, or acquired National Skills/Competency Certificates not meeting CSC eligibility: 3 to 6 months
Category 2 – College graduates, completed more than 60 academic units, or acquired National Skills/Competency Certificates meeting CSC eligibility requirements: 6 to 12 months (excluding non-working days and holidays)

We're proud to share that on April 21, 2026, our ARMMC-NTRH BUCAS Center AGAP successfully conducted a comprehensive fire drill in partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection, Rodriguez, Rizal. This critical exercise was part of our ongoing commitment to disaster preparedness and the safety of our community.

Our team practiced rapid evacuation procedures, emergency response protocols, and effective communication systems, all vital components of our disaster risk reduction program. The collaboration with BFP Rodriguez ensured we received expert guidance and training, strengthening our ability to respond swiftly and effectively in real emergencies.

Every drill is a step toward greater resilience. We're grateful to BFP Rodriguez for their support and to our staff and participants for their active involvement. Safety is a shared responsibility, and this drill demonstrates our collective readiness to protect lives and property.

Ang ARMMC-NTRH BUCAS Center AGAP, kasama ang Health Emergency and Disaster Management Unit ng Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center (ARMMC), ay opisyal nang naglunsad ng kanilang Standard First Aid Training Program para sa mga tauhan sa unahan at mahahalagang lokal na kasamang pangkalusugan.

Kasama sa mga sumali:

ARMMC-NTRH BUCAS Center (AGAP)
Montalban Municipal Health Office
Montalban Infirmary

Tinututukan ng pagsasanay ang mga pangunahing kakayahan sa pagtugon sa emerhensiya, tulad ng:

Maagang pagkilala sa mga tanda at sintomas ng karaniwang medikal na emerhensiya (hal., panganib sa puso, problema sa paghinga, trauma)
Praktikal na pag-gamit ng pang gamot sa sugat, pamamalakad ng bandage, at ligtas na paghawak at paghahatid ng pasyente
Mga prinsipyo ng triage, kaligtasan sa lugar ng insidente, at epektibong komunikasyon sa panahon ng krisis
Nagpapakita ito ng matatag na komitment ng ARMMC-NTRH BUCAS Center AGAP sa pagpapalakas ng kapasidad ng institusyon at pakikipagtulungan sa iba’t ibang ahensya — mahahalagang sangkap upang mapatibay ang kakayahan ng sistema ng kalusugan na magbigay ng mabilis at mataas na kalidad ng pag-aalaga sa mga emerhensiyang kalagayan.

The ARMMC-NTRH BUCAS Center AGAP, in partnership with the Health Emergency and Disaster Management Unit of Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center (ARMMC), has officially launched its Standard First Aid Training Program for frontline staff and key local health partners.

Participants included personnel from:

The ARMMC-NTRH BUCAS Center (AGAP)
The Montalban Municipal Health Office
The Montalban Infirmary

The training emphasized core competencies in emergency response, including:

Early recognition of signs and symptoms of common medical emergencies (e.g., cardiac distress, respiratory compromise, trauma)
Practical application of wound care, bandaging techniques, and safe patient handling
Principles of triage, scene safety, and effective communication during crises
This initiative reflects ARMMC-NTRH BUCAS Center AGAP’s steadfast commitment to institutional capacity-building and inter-agency collaboration — vital components in strengthening the health system’s readiness to deliver rapid, high-quality care under pressure.
