Fr. Jaime Villanueva, further solidifying its role as a beacon of hope and a stronger foundation for the PLHIV community. Embracing the theme "π‹πˆπ†π‡π“ 𝐓𝐇𝐄 π‹π„π†π€π‚π˜: π‘πžπ¦πžπ¦π›πžπ«. π€ππ―πšπ§πœπž. π€πœπ­.," the event featured a powerful message of courage from Chief of Hospital II, Dr. Florencio O. Luching Jr., who reached out to those still hesitant to undergo testing by addressing the pervasive impact of stigma and discrimination. Furthermore, Chief of Hospital - OPD, Dr. Ma. Luisa Magsila, offered inspiring words of encouragement to the HACT team, led by HACT Physician Dr. Ma. Aimy V. Bialen.
