Day 1 of the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support System Training for various offices of Sagay City
The program was graced by Hon. Mel Alexis Serondo Sp on Health and Sir Henrick Ollano CSWD head to give their message of encouragement to the participants

We have our trainers from the Provincial Health Office Ms Ritchie Valiente Mental Health Coordinator, from CLMMRH Mental Health Unit Dr. Cora Garzon and from Manapla PCF Ms Karen Anne Gillera. The training was also facilitated by the MHPSS Team Sigay headed by Dr. Maebel G. Diosana

Strengthening Our Teachers, Supporting Our Students 🌿

The Psychological First Aid (PFA) Training for Teachers was successfully conducted by Dr. Mark T. Ortibano Tibz Koi Consultant Psychologist of Sagay City, and facilitated by the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) “Team Sigay”, spearheaded by Sagay National High School.

This training equips our educators with the right knowledge and skills to provide immediate emotional and psychological support to learners and colleagues during times of stress, crisis, or disaster.

💡 With PFA, our teachers become first responders of care—helping create safe, supportive, and resilient schools where no one is left behind.
