Today’s Saturday session at Skill Up was extra special—filled with learning, laughter, and celebration. 🌟🎉

We celebrated a birthday and also took time to honor Mother’s Day, appreciating all the amazing moms who continue to inspire love, strength, and care every day. 💛

A meaningful session that reminds us how growth becomes even more beautiful when shared with joy and gratitude. ✨

Our little learners had an exciting and meaningful 3rd week of our Farming Theme here at Skill Up! 💚

From learning the concepts of planting, identifying and exploring different farming tools, to enjoying a fun and engaging simulated harvesting activity, our kids were able to experience the wonderful journey of how food grows from seed to harvest! 🌽🥕🍅

This week was filled with hands-on learning, sensory play, and meaningful activities that helped develop:
🌱 fine motor skills
🌱 attention and focus
🌱 sequencing and following directions
🌱 sensory processing
🌱 language and concept building
🌱 pretend play and functional learning

Through interactive play, our learners practiced planting seeds, using farm tools, and harvesting crops in a fun and structured environment making learning both enjoyable and purposeful. 💛

And now that we’ve planted, explored, and harvested… what’s next? 👀

As we wrap up our farming journey, our next exciting step is “From Farm to Table” 🍽️🌾

Our learners will begin exploring what happens after harvesting sorting, preparing, and learning how the food we grow makes its way to our table!

Alexus and Alexander have officially completed their Occupational Therapy sessions with us! 👏🏻

Over time, we’ve seen steady progress in both of them, and we’re glad to share that they are now ready to move up to the next grade level. Every session, effort, and small milestone has led to this point.

Today marks their last session at Skill Up Plus. While it’s the end of their time with us, it also opens the door to new experiences and continued growth in school.

Thank you, Mommy and Daddy, for trusting us and allowing us to be part of your children’s journey.
