According to Mental Health Foundation, donating blood:
-Reduces stress
-Improves your emotional well-being
-Benefits your physical health
-Helps get rid of negative feelings
-Provides a sense of belonging and reduces isolation
Donating blood takes around 30 minutes, and you can do it every 3 months if you’re healthy. 🤗
