To all blood donors:
Please no oily and fatty foods before mag pa bleed( pork, beef and fried), kag 3 hours wala nakakaon, wala nka pulaw, wala nkainom alcoholic drinks, kg indi anay manigarilyo Mismo sa adlaw sng pagpakuha sng dugo.

PuroKalusugan is a Department of Health (DOH) program in the Philippines that is officially launched in different areas (barangays/puroks) to bring free and accessible healthcare services directly to communities.
PuroKalusugan aims to:
●Bring healthcare services closer to the people instead of requiring them to travel far.
●Focus on grassroots level (purok) for faster and more personalized care
●Serve underserved and remote communities
●Support Universal Health Care.

The program focuses on the DOH’s priority health areas such as:
▪︎Immunization ▪︎Nutrition ▪︎Maternal and child health ▪︎TB & HIV screening ▪︎Non-communicable diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) ▪︎Sanitation and environmental health ▪︎Cancer awareness and treatment support
