FREE SURGERY MISSION 🩺📋

We are happy to share that the Nikki Cares Foundation, Inc. (NCFI), in partnership with our local government unit led by Hon. Mayor Jilson Tubillara, M.D., is bringing a free surgical mission to our municipality to help our underprivileged constituents who need major or minor operations. Masterlisting at our Municipal Health Office will be until July 10, 2026

✂️ OPERATION TULI 2026: SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED! 💙

A total of 48 patients were successfully served during the Mass Circumcision Program held on June 1, 2026 (Monday) at the San Enrique Rural Health Unit.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all the parents and young boys who participated and entrusted us with their care. This activity was made possible through the leadership of our Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Fritzi A. Juanillo, in cooperation with DTTB Dr. Ariane Aristosa.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to our dedicated midwives, NDPs, RHU staff, Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), BNS, and volunteers whose hard work contributed to the success of this activity.

Most especially, we thank our Local Chief Executive, Hon. Jilson D. Tubillara, MD, for his unwavering support and commitment to programs that promote the health and well-being of the people of San Enrique.

AIDS Candlelight Memorial 2026 🕯️

Our Municipal Health Office headed by our MHO Dr. Fritzi A. Juanillo, in cooperation with DTTB Dr. Ariane Aristosa, joined the AIDS Candlelight Memorial 2026 today, May 22, 2026, at Brgy. Batuan Covered Court in commemoration of the lives lost to HIV/AIDS and in solidarity with those continuously fighting against stigma and discrimination.

The activity also featured an HIV/AIDS health teaching conducted by Dr. Ariane Aristosa focusing on awareness, prevention, early testing, and promoting compassion within the community.

We would like to extend our appreciation to Punong Barangay Hon. Mary Joy Estoya and the Brgy. Batuan Council, Brgy. Midwife, NDPs, RHU Staff, BHWs, BNS, and everyone who helped make this activity possible. Most especially to our Local Chief Executive Hon. Jilson D. Tubillara, MD for the continuous support to this program.

Our San Enrique Municipal Health Office will have a Mobile Blood Donation (Blood Letting) on April 17, 2026 (Friday), 8:00am- 12 noon. At Barangay Bagonawa Covered Court, together with Negros First Provincial Blood Center.

To all blood donors:
Please no oily and fatty foods before mag pa bleed( pork, beef and fried), kag 3 hours wala nakakaon, wala nka pulaw, wala nkainom alcoholic drinks, kg indi anay manigarilyo Mismo sa adlaw sng pagpakuha sng dugo.
