UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MEDICAL CERTIFICATES

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or falsification of a physician’s medical certificate is a SERIOUS OFFENSE.

Under Article 174 of the Revised Penal Code (False Medical Certificates), any person who falsifies or uses a false medical certificate shall be penalized by law.

❗ It has come to our attention that our medical certificate template is being used WITHOUT AUTHORITY.

🚫 Any medical certificate issued without proper authorization and without a dry seal is considered INVALID.

📢 We strongly urge the public:
If you know of any person or establishment using our medical certificate template or issuing unauthorized medical certificates, please report immediately.
